Entrevista
6 months…no response…multiple phone and in person interviews. Was told after 6 months that they still haven’t made a decision but I have had to reach out to them. Not a positive experience
First had a virtual interview with the recruiter which lasted no more than 30 minutes. Was selected for an in person interview with the Hiring Manager and someone from Operations.

Entrevista
I received a call from a recruiter and had a 15-minute conversation. The conversation mostly revolved around my experience with employee investigations. That should have been my first red flag, that they would have so many. I was selected to move on to the next stage. She was pleasant and spent most of the time trying to scare and warn me about the rigors of the job. They went through 4 people in the last few years 3 of them couldn't take the workload. She stated that due to the number of employees, they should have more HR people but they don't, so basically they work everyone to death instead of hiring more people (my thoughts not theirs.) I was immediately scheduled for a final interview with another HR teammate and executives. This one seemed a little more disorganized as they were stumbling over each other on the questions. All three were very pleasant though. But again they spent about half the interview trying to scare me off. When I asked the generalist in the interview (who would have been my teammate) how she copes with all the stress they are describing, she responded "I just do." This was her first job out of college and was there for about 15 years or so. So it sounds like she doesn't know any better and thinks this is how it is. I did not want this job after this third interview but I didn't withdraw. I wanted to see if I would get an offer so I could leverage my other offers. I sent 3 follow-up emails to the recruiter handling my process and never received a response. After 2.5 weeks after my final interview with no updates, I found out I was no longer being considered from their portal. They were very disrespectful to let me find out like that and just shows how they treat their employees. If they are going to treat their candidates like this, it just goes to show how they treat their staff. I would think twice about Spectrum. They may pay decent and have good benefits but with them cycling through employees (who know better) like they do, it doesn't make for a positive future.
