It was a 5 round interview. 20 minutes with each department head. Everything was very well structured and organized. The process was great. After the interview everyone was taken for a tour and given a gift bag, which was very nice.

I applied online and had a phone screening with one of their recruiters who seemed very excited about me. She said the next step was a video interview which was protocol, but implied it was a given that I'd make it to the next round which was supposed to be a panel interview. I submitted my video interview and never heard from the recruiter again, not even an automated rejection email. The recruiter did not respond to the multiple emails I sent asking about the status of my application, even though on the portal it says I'm still in the interviewing round, and I haven't heard from them in almost two months.
