Initial 15-minute phone call with hiring team at UES, then will ask availability for another phone call later that week. Phone call would be with a Senior Manager. If the phone call went well they would ask you to come in person to the office for an in-person "interview". Extremely laid back interview, standard preliminary questions, after that it was an easy-going normal conversation with the Senior Manager of that branch.
