I didn't have to do an interview. My mother works for Speedway so I knew the manager but I know that the managers get a print off of things they have to ask. They get to write a review on whether or not you should be hired they can say no or yes. They have to get the district manager's approval to hire a new person and HR approval. If HR does not think they have enough hours then they will deny the applicant.
