- You submit an application online.
- They call you in for an interview at their HR office.
- They ask you a few open ended questions like "tell me about a time in your life when you..." They also asked if I would give two weeks notice to my last job (say yes).
- I think a big part of why I got the job is, because I had taken some business courses.

I got a call from HR, they told me a place and a time (a gas station)
when I arrived I told the attendant I was there for an interview and the recruiter came out and told me to follow him to the back to this surprisingly neat office they had.
the interview was very straight forward, none of the questions were too out of the ordinary. mostly they wanted to know about my experience.

Super easy but I didn't go through the full normal process. Applied online interviewed with a recruiter in person cleared a background check was told the next step was an interview with the district Manager hat never happened was but was offered the position days after the interview.

Easy as pie...I applied online and 2 weeks later a recruiter called me and asked me a few questions told me I would be better suited as a co-manager and a store near me was doing a hiring event, went to that met the stores General Manager and the District Manager...both very nice and after 5 mins I was in the door.
