I went into one of the two stores in my hometown for an open interview. After being made to fill out an application on the spot, in close quarters to complete strangers, on one of the store's counters, I already could tell what I was in for. I waited in line for maybe half an hour, before I was called into the back room. Going from what seemed like a clean store interior into a dungeon, I sat down at a rather greasy-looking desk in front of my interviewer. After 5 minutes of stereotypical interview questions, it was over.
