If there's one thing I appreciate about the interview process at Speedway, it's how fast and simple it is. Nothing is overwhelming, the questions are right to the point, and they don't waste your time with irrelevant questions.

It was pretty standard. We started off by introducing ourselves before getting on to the topics of her experiences then my experiences. The conversation was polite and short. Then she asked about what my favorite thing about working with my previous employer was. Overall the entire interview went smoothly even though I didn't end up getting the job.
