Very easy and relatively simple. The interview process is very straightforward and not hard to understand or comprehend. I feel like it would make a better experience if they had a actual area to sit down and talk with management instead of having to do the interview at the front counter while the manager is working and taking care of customers

For me the interview process happened quite seamlessly. As soon as I filled out the online application I was offered interview times for an in-person interview. The interview last about 30 minutes and they just ask you the basic questions pertaining to the job and your job history.
