Their process is long. This is not necessarily a bad thing, I can see the logic in them prequalifying candidates but they seem to have over-engineered the process and not really treat candidates as people so as a result, you see the negative reviews here.
First stage is some cognitive tests - these were reasonably challenging, I felt somewhat fortunate that I'd had experience of these type of tests recently so that helped.
Second stage is an interview with the "chief of staff" - generic competency questions, which I passed.
Third stage is a task - it's a reasonably technical piece of data analysis and then a presentation. I thought it was a pretty good task in terms of assessing peoples' ability to do the job. They don't guarantee you a chance to present your work, which I think is very poor if people are investing time into it. In my case, they wrongly accused me of using an AI slide generator for my work (probably because I'd written my presentation and then sent a new version of it, so they couldn't see edit history for discretion reasons). Oddly, they didn't give me an opportunity to explain this (I even sent on the original version). I found that very poor.
