Very easy, two rounds, GREAT culture from an outside perspective. Everyone seemed exceptionally talented in their own respect and very personable. They want to make sure you will be an ideal fit and culture is a top priority. First round you meet the VP, the manager, and senior level employees on the team. Second round you meet the CEO. They mostly ask about you as a person and do not go into any technical stuff. It's by far one of the best interview experiences I have had. They are currently renovating to incorporate a bunch of awesome stuff like a lounge/meeting area and some design and idea rooms, but it was under construction at the time. The end product will be awesome. Putt putt holes, giant TVs, couches, snacks, interactive coke machine, and the refreshment fridge of course.
