Everything was very smooth, professional, but relaxed from the very beginning. Recruiter was straight forward with informations and the whole process. After that, technical interview was very professional that HR lead, so there was no those awkward quiet moments.

Total disrespect toward your time and effort.
They require a test that's leagues beyond what's necessary - even for a position where years of experience and a portfolio are required.
After you sink hours of your *free* time into a test, they have the gall to ask for a revision based on "a bit" of feedback.
The feedback they sent required changes to literally every single aspect of the design.
If the test I did for you, for free, wasn't up to your standards - let me go.
If it showed promise or was good - let me through to the next round.
If a company demands this much of your time for free before you're even employed, it begs the question - what can we expect from them once you are employed?
The best part? After I very politely declined sinking that much free time into a potential role I can still get rejected for - they didn't even bother answering me.
I guess several days of me doing their test for free are worth less than their HR's rejection message.
Also - their recruiter could barely speak English.

Design an entire HUD and an ability icon. Then redo your entire design based on their "feedback".

This studio almost made me quit the industry.
The sheer level of disrespect I received (And many others as far as I know) seems to be a constant these days.
I did the interview with a recruiter (after I applied for the position listed on their official site), Everyhing goes well, very generalized questions are asked and answered as usual (not my first rodeo), and we get to the ART TEST.
So I'm assigned this art test and I proceed to deliver it on time, hitting all of the requirements + extra optional requirements that were there, I receive a confirmation email by the recruiter and that they'd let me know in a few days.
*Cricket sounds* I let a little over a week pass and I e-mail the rectuiter, kindly asking how the test went and, once again *cricket sounds*.
So I let a few weeks pass and I once again send a followup asking about it... you guessed it, no response once again.
I can understand that one may not pass an art test, but when people spend several DAYS working on YOUR art tests, at least you could give them the courtesy to give them a feedback e-mail, or in the least, an email letting them know if they passed it.
And if this is the level of professionalism you guys practice towards people who want to work for you and spent days doing what you asked then... not even desperate people should apply for your studio.

I was asked questions about my past work experiences, why I want this role, and a few other very general 1st interviews questions where you get to know each other,
