Initial phone call then a Zoom call with the recruiter and HR Manager. Be aware. They asked lots of questions on how I would do things, they took lots of notes. Said they'd arrange another interview with the CEO. They never got back to me. I emailed them both and never received a reply. They also wanted my passport details. No idea why. On reflection I doubt the role ever existed, think they were just after ideas. So pleased I didn't gave them my passport details as I now wonder what they wanted them for after the way I was treated. To totally ignore follow up emails is really unprofessional and rude.
