I went through 6 rounds of interviews with 5 different people. They never got back to me after my 6th interview (I commuted in to their office the last few times and spent countless hours there). They were lovely to meet however the lack of communication and empty promises was extremely disappointing. Unprofessional internal process for a recruitment company and a lack of empathy for their candidates. Please keep an eye out when interviewing with Sphere and ensure they set expectations clear so this doesn’t happen to another person.
