Entrevista
The interview process had the following steps.
1. Intial phone conversation with one of the members from the recruiting team.
2. A technical phone screen using coderpad with one of the members of the backend team.
3. After I got a green signal from my phone screen I was invited for an onsite which was a combination of a. design and architecture b. deep dive on data (data modeling, sql, etl ) c. leadership principles/growth strategy
4. The overall turn around from the initial call to getting an offer was less than 2 weeks. The communication was clear at all the stages of the process and I would describe the process as smooth and efficient.

The experience was excellent. I completed three interviews in total: first with the recruiter, then with the entire team, and finally with the hiring manager, concluding a successful process. It was quite smooth.
