All the applicants had to arrive by 7am because that's when they were scheduled to begin. All of the applicants that pre-registered were allowed to enter first and wait for everyone who didn't to get verified and signed in. Instead of being late to their own interview process they should have come early so that those who did pre register wouldn't have to sit there and wait for the interview to start. But I shouldn't be shocked because majority of their flights are late due to FA's any way. After that they pretty much went over the company history....blah blah blah! Afterwards they separated us into groups according to the color on your name tag. When we were sent to our rooms there were tables that seated about 8 per table and each table went up and pulled a question out of the bowl. When they entire room answer a question the recruiters said they would be back after ten minutes. 18 minutes later they return and called numbers out to the hallway. You probably know where this is going, the numbers called were being sent home . Without any feedback they just said we weren't going to move forward with you at this time. Okay....Wait....What just happened?? Based off of that one question you have just determined I wasn't able to perform the job as a FA??? My question wasn't even related to the position I was applying for. I'm very disappointed. But I guess that's how the Unairline works.

Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.

Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking, interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
I applied over the website. They send out emails. You reply to the email with your availability. They sent me a link to a Zoom call. Asked me personality questions and then we set up another interview in Houston Texas.
