Interview Process is an all day thing, so don't plan anything for that day cause there's no tellen how long you may stay, Especially if you get an offer..But the day started at a couple min past 7am. I arrived a couple min before 6am, and i was 5th on line. After everybody registers, then one of the Spirit managers' will talk about the company, for an hour and a half about. All the workers there are very friendly though, but they are watching everybody. unfortunately i was cut after the first phase. Wasn't to bummbed about it, took it all as a learning experience to make my next airline interview better.

They asked me many questions, but where i messed up at was during phase 1 when everybody picks a random question out of a bowl. There were many questions, but they all were either customer service related questions, or your own personality questions. some people's questions were very easy, some were more challenging. The point of those questions is to answer them quickly, and i received a question that had me stumped

Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.

Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking,interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
I applied over the website. They send out emails. You reply to the email with your availability. They sent me a link to a Zoom call. Asked me personality questions and then we set up another interview in Houston Texas.
