Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Spirit Airlines (Las Vegas, NV) em jun. de 2015
Entrevista
Over 300 people showed up for invitation only event. Started out at 8am. Had a long drawn out but fun presentation. Divided into our colors on our badge. Picked out a question from a bowl and answered it in front of everyone. Then they do their first cut. Second round, create an airline and 5 best qualities, characteristics of a flight attendant. They are watching you. Then they cut a second group. Round 3, face to face interview. 2 on 1. Long, long day. I was the last one interviewed. Show them how you would sell the menu and say announcement. Then after you done with your face to face, you are taken to a decision room where they will tell you if you are hired or not.
If hired, you do your background check, drug test, and take a picture for your badge.
I noticed some of the people they hired weren't dressed professionally and didn't have much confidence.
Being that I'm a FA for another airline, you would think they like experience and someone who is confident.....nope.
Overall, the interview was unprofessional. Cursing was a big part of it.

Entrevista
Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking, interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
I applied over the website. They send out emails. You reply to the email with your availability. They sent me a link to a Zoom call. Asked me personality questions and then we set up another interview in Houston Texas.
he airline’s flight attendant interview process begins with an online application, followed by an assessment day involving group exercises and role-play scenarios. Successful candidates then proceed to a 1-on-1 interview, where their communication and customer service skills are evaluated. The next stage is a uniform check to ensure professional appearance, followed by a final review. Those who pass all stages receive a training offer before starting their career. The process assesses teamwork, adaptability, and service excellence
