You walk in a main room to get a color badge that will group u with others of the same color so if u make a friend get in the same line so u can get the same color. They play the happy song so let them see u participating. Then they break u into smaller groups based on color and take u into different rooms and u have to say your name and number make sure u speak up and project your voice. Answer the question. They are judging based on how u do this then they make first round cuts. Second activity create an airline and present it. GROUP PARTICIPATION is key. Then they make more cuts. Then face to face. Make sure your able to lift 40 pounds over your head if not automatic disqualification. Because they want to see if you are able to put the average size suitcase in the overhead bins. Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking, interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
I applied over the website. They send out emails. You reply to the email with your availability. They sent me a link to a Zoom call. Asked me personality questions and then we set up another interview in Houston Texas.
he airline’s flight attendant interview process begins with an online application, followed by an assessment day involving group exercises and role-play scenarios. Successful candidates then proceed to a 1-on-1 interview, where their communication and customer service skills are evaluated. The next stage is a uniform check to ensure professional appearance, followed by a final review. Those who pass all stages receive a training offer before starting their career. The process assesses teamwork, adaptability, and service excellence
