There were several steps to the interview process (remote), which is typical for most tech companies. There's the initial first phone screening, then the second round you chat with the manager you'd work with. The final round of interview consists of multiple one on ones and a group interview. Very comprehensive on culture fit, and you could tell that the company is tight knit and driven.
