I had three interviews in total: * First one with an HR representative * Second one with the VP of Production * Third one with the Studio Development Director I signed an NDA for the second interview. The entire process to the third interview lasted 1 month. All the discussions I had were all great. The main and only reason why I rated the experience as negative is that after the third interview, I never heard back from them. I reached out to the three persons I previously talked to by email + LinkedIn to ask for an update, and despite being told that I should hear from them soon, I am still waiting... It is unprofessional and denotes quite lousy hiring practices, especially at this stage of the recruitment process after you spent hours preparing and speaking to all these people.

The process was kicked off when I was contacted by a recruitment agency working to help staff Splash, fast forward to conversations with the very disorganized HR team via Jobvite and couple interviews with the team - I am still waiting to hear back from them *6 weeks later*. The HR team believes in radio silence, and the recruitment team has been telling me that the HR team will be scheduling my final round 'soon'. It has all been a massive waste of time, the HR personnel/ hiring practices at Splash are highly unprofessional and they don't seem to value candidate time.
