Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Splash Financial em out. de 2024
Entrevista
1. Call with a recruiter
2. Talk with a manager
3. Take home exercise (Reviewing a PR)
4. Was supposed to be implementing my suggestions in part 3, but the interviewer ignored it and asked me more "Tell me about a time" type questions.
Then I got a rejection email with no idea why.

1st - with recruiter. had a great Clojure conversation with the recruiter Daniel
2nd - moved to pr exercise that was pretty tough but interesting.
Did not get an offer or move to a final but i really enjoyed talking to Daniel and felt like I understood a lot of about company and the role. Hopefully I can try again next year.

1) Chatted on the phone with one of their recruiters (pre screening)
2) Zoom call with the manager of the department which went very well and included a half hour coding exercise where I shared my screen. This also went very well and was told that I did a good job and there weren't any issues.
3) (next day) Received a very generic "... unfortunately, we have decided not to proceed with your candidacy ..." "...as there were applicants that had the experience we were targeting for this position." email -- which doesn't make any sense if I did what was asked and was told that I did a good job.
It would have been nice to receive a more non-generic email since I "made it" this far in their interview process.
I reached back to the person I had the Zoom call with, but have yet to receive a response and I don't expect one.

I won't spoil it for them, but it was a React coding question that should be easy for anyone who is proficient in the language.
