Mainly a training session, to give you the basics. Not real pressure unless you can't lay a table. Make sure you come dressed as they specify ( remember to polish your shoes!), be coherent and clear, and it is hard to get rejected.

Four-hour demonstration of roles and responsibilities at the organization. tested on ability to perform common tasks such as clearing, serving, boxing a table etc. Feedback received the next day via phone call.
