The process started with an HR screening interview that felt impersonal. The session was recorded without any clear explanation, and instead of a real two-way conversation about the company, a YouTube video was played.
After this I was invited to complete a coding assessment. I submitted my work on the second day, but almost immediately received a generic rejection email. the message didnt mention anything about the test and feedback, instead it used canned lines like "as one of the leaders within our industry, we receive many qualified applicant." the tone came across to me as self-important rather than respectful of candidate effort.
Waste time.
