I applied for this position and went through 3 rounds of interviews, including meeting with a VP. While I enjoyed the process, the communication was definitely lacking, I would go weeks without hearing anything. Finally after not being selected I received a generic auto generated email saying I was not selected. If you get that far in an interview process an personalized email or phone call from the recruiter should be expected.
