First round interview was with recruiter and pretty straight. Made it to second round interview with the hiring manager and thought that went decently well. I never heard back from them and was ghosted. No follow up email of any kind from the company.

Recruiter, hiring manager, on site interview 4 1:1s with PMs, engineering manager. Recruiter said she'd consider me for multiple positions. Never seemed to get to the 'multiple' aspect.
I had requested a fast process due to another offer- didn't want to miss out on an opportunity and role I was really interested in and could be good at. Interview process went really fast and I really appreciated the recruiter helping speed up this part of the process.
But then- after the final rounds, I reached out to recruiter for a response reminding her of the other offer - she responded the 1st time saying everyone gave really positive reviews but they are still trying to finish other interviews and so it may be a couple more days.
Ok, couple of days go by, I followed up. Ghosted. Now it's been more than 1.5 months, and still no response, after multiple follow-ups- Via LinkedIn and some job board message the recruiter seemed to have. Terrible ghosting. PS: Recruiter has been super active on LinkedIn and I find it hard to believe that after so many weeks, she hasn't had a few minutes to close the loop with a candidate - even if it's a reject! Also btw there's no direct email ID to connect with recruiter, which was absolutely ridiculous. The job board message or LinkedIn were my only 2 options, and I never knew if my message went by in the former method, so I used to send messages on both!
Anyway I've concluded that I got rejected since I don't see that job open anymore!
Splunk - seriously stop ghosting candidates, we are still people showing interest & spending time trying to work for your company- most people here on Glassdoor have given that same message for ages but that's changed nothing for Splunk's recruiters.

Very good process and I love the experience of presenting a business process diagram. The questions were very situational experienced based on the role. Great feedback at the end of each interview panel.

Entrevista
Overall, the role sounded incredible and exactly what I was looking for in my next career move. However, the interview process left me with nothing but red flags due to the lack of professionalism and proactive communication from the team. Though I had mostly great conversations with the team, 2 of the 7 people that interviewed me immediately told me they hadn't prepared or even looked at my resume. During my 7th and final interview, I was told it was between me and another candidate. Then, I was ghosted. I contacted the recruiter and hiring manager more than once and wasn't provided feedback or a final decision on the status of the role. As of posting, it's been two weeks since my final interview. I'm just floored that a company of this size couldn't even muster a canned "we're moving in a different direction" email response after seven interviews of my time.
ETA: I finally heard from the hiring manager and the recruiter apparently left the company. So, there was certainly some lack of process and communication going on. Nevertheless, it was nice to get some clarity on what happened and why I was never informed of the status of my final interview.
