Step 1 - Intro Call Step 2 - Get ghosted. As a rule, any time an interview process leaves you confused with no information whatsoever, it's a negative. I had an intro call with the CPO which went well, she was very nice and professional. I was told afterwards what the next step was and I'd hear back soon-ish. After several weeks I never heard anything, so I reached out to get an update, however they never responded to either attempt. Very unprofessional to do this, regardless of the company. Which is a shame because the discussion I had was positive overall, the company is doing great things and I was very excited about the opportunity. I can't recommend Circit after my experience.
