AVOID! I was asked to complete an initial interview, several rounds of tasks and a final interview. The whole process took many hours/days of my time. I was told I would be informed of the outcome the following week. A month later, I have heard nothing back, despite attempting to follow up. Their treatment of candidates is unprofessional and disrespectful. I am now in a new role and feel I had a lucky escape from Sponge.
