Interview process starts with you filling out a "Get to know you" form simple and fun questions to set the tone of the environment. 4 x 10 minute or so interviews with some of the team. Lyndsay and Kelvin are great at making you feel comfortable whilst asking good and effective questions. The next interviewer (who would be your manager if hired) was not pleasant at all. Almost straight into the interview I knew I'd preferably not want to work with or for him and turned me off from the interview to a point where I was ready to stand up and leave. A shame because the team and environment is great but he alone makes the job not worth it. Luckily I'm not desperate for a job, but good luck to the next person they interview who is.

Originally they advertised $75k base. After applying for the role and being interviewed it turns out it wasn't a $75k base at all. It was a $40k base with OTE of $75k base. Very different. After filling out this corny "Get To Know You' form and answering some even cornier questions they asked me whether I would be available to start immediately. In the moment I said yes but the apparent desperation did not line up at all with what was the stated quality of candidates and support. After which I check out employee reviews and decided that it definitely was not for me. I was working for another company at the time which they were aware of and I said I cannot answer my phone between 9am - 12pm and 1:30pm - 5pm so I was surprised to receive 7 missed calls from there number between 8:55am - 11am. When I eventually spoke with them and declined they then continued to give me subtle verbal abuse saying I was making a terrible decision.
