Be ready to tell why you want to work here. Becoming more comfortable with men's haircuts is not an acceptable answer and will get the interview halted right then and there.
It was a Phone interview with the area manager. Interview time was 1030am. She called right at 1030am. The interview was light, not forced. She didn’t badger me with questions. Actually I think I overloaded her with questions.

Entrevista
I was an assistant manager at a different location when I was presented with the opportunity as manager at this location. I applied for the position, had to write a letter to the owners stating why I thought I would be a good fit as manager and how I could help the store grow. After they received the letter and looked it over, they offered me the job and I accepted!
