Very quick and informal interview. Asked questions regarding future plans. They expect a high turnover of aides, since most of them are using it as a stepping stone to PT school.

Formal sit down interview where employer sat down and asked basic interview questions. The interview was fairly easy and laid back. I felt very comfortable during this process and very confident throughout the entire process. Employed was easy to talk to, and seemed to just be looking for hard working, quality workers.
