I applied online through the website which was a simple process with a cover letter and resume. Then, I received a phone call from one of the culture team members in regards to my application. This call was a phone screening which went for approximately 10 minutes. I was then offered a spot in a Zoom interview which I accepted and was sent an email regarding the details. The Zoom interview had two parts, group part and 1-on-1 part. We did a very quick group activity and then moved onto the 1-on-1 part which also was quite quick. During the Zoom call we were told more about the company and the job in particular. We were given numerous opportunities to answer any questions we had too. I received a phone call with an offer within 2 days of the Zoom call.
