After completing the challenges, there is an interview with the human resources team. In my case, I spoke with James, who was incredibly friendly, fun, and always willing to help. One of the best interviewers I’ve ever encountered. In this interview, they introduce the company, the project, and the role you would be working on. You also discuss your experience and the projects you’ve been involved in. Next, I had another meeting with human resources, where they provided more details about the next interview. The following interview is divided into three phases, each focusing on a different topic. It lasts about two hours and thirty minutes, with various interviewers joining and leaving during the session. Everyone I met throughout the process was friendly and approachable. I highly recommend going through this process, even if you are not selected. At the end, they provide useful tips on how you can improve, making it a valuable learning experience.
