The worst and most taxing interview process I have ever had the displeasure of being a part of. 9 interviews over almost 2 months. These were not very structured and most of the time the interviewer seemed unprepared. They lied during the interview about how many candidates were still in the process and during my finals step I was told that they would send an offer after checking my references. They made me call my references and get them available THAT DAY. This was early in the week and I was told an offer would be put by Friday. Come Friday late afternoon and still radio silence. I message both the founder and the recruiter and nothing. Late Friday they told me they wanted to schedule a call for Monday but never did. I had to follow up several times while on a cliffhanger and when they finally scheduled it they told me I didn't get the position. Something they could have emailed the previous week. Horrible communication, false promises and demolished hopes. However bad I made this seem I promise it was worse.
