Unfortunately, and sadly, I have to join the people who had a bad interview experience. The process has been very long, with the first contact from a recruiter (after being referred by an internal employee) in September 2021. I had 3 interviews (recruiter, hiring manager and technical interview), after the last one (I was told to expect the feedback in roughly 1 week) I waited for one month to get a response. They told me that they have made an offer to another candidate, if he would have accepted then the process would be paused. The recruiter wrote me to check again in early 2022 for similar positions (so I thought they still consider me a good candidate and I still had options, so I was) when new roles would have been available. I contacted the recruiter again as they told me. After my massage, I waited another 2 months before the recruiter sent me an email, saying that the team decided not to proceed with me. I was so disappointed and frustrated, the overall process was by far one of the worst recruiting experiences I had in my life.
