I applied to an Agile Coach position and was contacted within a day from someone in NYC and Stockholm. I'm a software engineer with over 13 years of experience in addition to engineering degrees and industry certs. I also have entertainmemt and media industry experience. This really went over well with my first two interviews since it's rare to find an Agile Coach with development/engineering background vs. project management one (per my interviewers). My first was a typical phone screen. The second was a Skype interview with two coaches based in Stockholm. These went well so well that my 2nd interviewers said they can't wait to start working with me. My third and final interview was with another pair of Stockholm coaches via Skype. Within 5 mins I knew this would be a waste of my time. One of the coaches showed up late. The other had a look of distaste as soon as the interview started and let me know he found me and my credentials to be generic. He proceed to berate my answers and tell me me "Well at Spotify this is how.." At that point I knew this was over and put on a smile while prayed for it to end. This job would have been a major pay cut not to mention a major relocation. Both risks I wanted to take in order to experience the Agile golden child that Spotify is heralded as. Needless to say I did not get the job and I am thankful for that.

Conversations were good but received no feedback after interview despite follow ups. Found this very disappointing and disrespectful as I was promised an answer not matter what.. was expecting more..
