I interviewed with ~6 people over the course of about 5 months and the interviews were a mix of getting to know me, my ideas, and easygoing conversations talking industry. Others were much more interview type and those were with people I would have been working under or managed by. The interviewees were all great people and I had a great interviewing experience and email communication with them. I will say the recruiters were not great with communication and ghosted me so I had a hunch that I didn't get the job. I saw a post from the person who ultimately got it months later after the silence and that confirmed it. It was one of the interviewees who reached out months later to let me know they went with another candidate but wanted to stay in touch and we have!
