Had a great call with the recruiter and he felt I was a good fit and was moving me to the next step to meet with the hiring manager. I followed up twice and never heard back. Seems like ghosting is a common practice in recruiting here. No thanks

Interview Rounds: + Recruiter screen (60-mins) + Hiring manager (60-mins, behavioral) + Recruiter final round prep call (30-mins) + Product Strategy & Impact (60-mins, behavioral) + Leadership & Values (60-mins, behavioral) + Collaboration w/Eng./Insights/Design (60-mins, behavioral) + "Tech Interview" (60-mins, behavioral, some diagraming) Calendar Days Elapsed: + Application to recruiter screen: 15 days + Recruiter screen to hiring manager interview: 3 days + Hiring manager to final round: 13 days + Final round to decision: 19 days Notes: Recruiting process was choppy throughout. The recruiter that met with me for the final interview prep opened by telling me they don't work on Product roles and were covering for someone else. The recruiter then added that they didn't know anything about the hiring process for Product that wasn't already shared with me. Bit of a waste of time. Communication on timelines was average. The recruiter wasn't able to tell me whether there was a technical case (none was indicated on the schedule). There wasn't, however the "tech interview" did set aside about 5-minutes to diagram a product I had worked on and the tech stack for the product. This was done on the fly using a web-based whiteboard. Not enough time to really do it and it felt like they had intended to leave more than 5-minutes for this part. Each round had 1-2 panelists. The questions were mostly structured/behavioral/from a question bank related to the interview topic. However, there were interviewers in the process that refused to use the provided questions; in both cases the interviewer hadn't prepared their own questions in advance and rambled about a bit. This made it very difficult to understand what they were trying to ask. Don't be hesitant to drill down with clarifying questions if you find yourself in a similar situation. Everyone was pleasant. Culture seemed positive. Panelists were very transparent at the end of interviews when asked about current hiring trends, internal mobility, result of RIFs earlier this year, and norms for how the team worked together and the biggest challenges they were facing.

Draw a diagram of the full tech stack for a recent product you worked on.
Standard PM interview process. First round with recruiter, second with HM, and then a series of interviews with several other teammates. Took about three weeks in total, culminating in a day-long meeting marathon. Fully remote.
