Phone interview first, if that goes well a first interview at their site on innovation campus. If that goes well they will give you an "assignment" and ask you to put together a presentation for the next interview. Overall it was a very positive process but I will say the assignment is misleading for some job titles. They gave me a very complex and interesting assignment for a job that will likely not be closely related to it.
