There was a video interview and a couple of phone calls. You can tell they really want you to work out as a candidate. It's a pretty comfortable process overall.

I received a call and was a probably ten questions about my life and my experience with being either a mentor or a counselor in the past. It was a very basic interview asking why I would want to hang out with kids at camp all day for all of my summer. The easy answer was because it sounds like a ton of fun and I want to make a difference in theses kids lives.
