The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was an interview with the recruiter discussing my background and the role. The second round involved reviewing and assessing two research papers, followed by writing detailed revision feedback. The final round was a panel interview with three team members, including the hiring manager, where we discussed the two previously reviewed papers along with two additional papers in depth. The process was intellectually engaging and strongly focused on critical thinking, scientific discussion, and analytical skills.
