The process was quite long and communication was somewhat sporadic, often requiring multiple follow-up emails throughout to check application status. Applied online in early March, and received an invitation for an HR screening call 2.5 weeks later. Progressed to the next stage which involved completing a 3-hour task offline within 4-5 days. 2.5 weeks later I was informed that the position was given to an internal candidate, but a similar second position was available. That week I then completed a 1-hour competency-based interview with the hiring manager. I then was required to complete a 2-hour editing test offline and return this within 2-3 days. A final interview with the hiring manager was then scheduled a week later and required me to prepare a 10-minute presentation on a topic. I was informed 3 weeks after the interview than I did not receive the role. Overall, the process took just over 11 weeks
