      Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Springtide Child Development.

      The interview process was completed in phases: a screening call, a 1.5-hour virtual meeting with the team members, and finally, a 30-minute call with the CEO. During the 1.5-hour interview portion, you meet with various team members who ask behavioral/situational questions. Before the meeting, they ask that you develop a proposed rollout of training based on a situation shared with you via email. You can present this either via a short, two-paragraph write-up or a visual presentation. Finally, the CEO interview is a walkthrough of your resume. I found 90% of the interview process to be pleasant and engaging. It wasn't until the CEO interview portion that I began to feel uncomfortable. I found the CEO to have an interrogation-style interview tactic. It is understandable that she is busy, but instead of asking strategic questions and making the interviewee feel comfortable, she was a bit brash and short. I hope that in the future as they continue to find team members for this rapidly growing organization, that they realize the tone that needs to be set for potential employees. After leaving the call, I didn't feel as though I would feel comfortable interacting with this person. Interview participants are trying to learn about the organization and its culture, which comes from the top. Although the team was a delight to interact with, the CEO's style of conversation left me feeling less than and misunderstood.
