Well, the interview was really really brief. I introduced myself for about 5 minutes and the actual interview only lasted for about 2-3 minutes during which time he asked around 20 different questions. Before I could answer a question, the interviewer jumped to the next question. Actual feedback review from the interviewer:
"You look really nervous and are not confident enough. You didn't give an answer to most of the questions"
Duh!! Well I guess, this is how a day looks like while working for Sprinklr. The manager gives you a job and expects you to finish it off, like right this moment.
I guess this is how a company which is valued at about a billion dollar operates and hires quality candidates. The engineering team and HR should really focus on taking quality interviews and making sure that the candidate actually gets a good candidate experience.
NOTE TO THE HR:
1) Please don't expect people to take half a day off from their daily jobs and then humiliate them by taking such annoying interviews.
2) You should really look at making sure that the employee taking the interview is well versed with the process, not some schmuck who thinks he's at the top of the world with his limited knowledge, just because he works at a multi billion dollar company.
3) This definitely falls into the category of harassment and I would like to take it up to the officials.
