Totally unprofessional. Imagine walking into an interview, the interviewer brings you into the office, and his first question was, "What questions should I ask you?" Then proceeds to, in your face, ask ChatGPT what questions he should ask. The entire process he was totally checked out, he was eating mints, brewing tea, anything but actually show any interest in the interview itself. All he cared about was AI, which is just a small bullet in the entire JD, but he clearly only cared about that. He also started with the interview by saying "this position is only really to tick a checkbox for the future board since we're going IPO." So the entire JD was most likely AI generated as well, and the company has no clue or care about actual IT governance or structure. Waste of time.
It was an odd initial first web interview. The recruiter reached out and asked to schedule a 7 AM web interview for only 15 minutes. Can you really determine someone in 15 minutes? Might as well just base it off my resume. It felt like a waste of time.

The interview involved a speaking component, an iq test, and a very easy hands on skills test. Essentially, you needed to use tools to disassemble their machine and put it back together. They also provided a tour of the facility.
