The initial interview was with the owner of the school and his wife. They gave me a tour of the school and asked me several general/standard interview questions. I was then asked to come back for a Working Interview, where I spent the morning in a classroom interacting with the students. The current teachers were able to assess me and give their input, opinions, and recommendations to the owner regarding how they thought I did in a real classroom situation.
