Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Sprouts Farmers Market (Fort Worth, TX) em dez. de 2010
Entrevista
I initially heard about the job opportunity through a job fair, but had to apply online first up to a couple months in advance. I applied, but didn't get a call back like others did. However, I still went to the job fair. I was asked to write my name and the position I applied for down and then to take a seat and wait. There were several interviews and they interviewed people one-by-one going down the list. When it was my turn, I was asked a couple of generic questions, but basically the process was very friendly and easy and the interviewer was looking more for personality than anything.

Questions focus on availability, customer service, teamwork, and fit with the company culture. The process is friendly and relaxed.”

The interview was pretty straightforward. The managers are nice and the store is clean. I was offered a decent wage. I will be looking into the company and seeing if its a good fit.
