Unprofessional. Disorganized. It seems the hiring process is a necessary evil that no one really wants to engage with. It was basically a rush to get it over with. It really wasn't an interview like most that I have had before. It was mostly a basic screening process. There were no Why type questions. No interest in aspirations, goals, objectives.
