Submitted application online after seeing that they posted a job opening within a week. I received a call from the manager who scheduled me for an interview the following day. Interview was done in store and felt very unnatural to me. It was mostly the manager telling me about the store and the position. It felt very one-sided and it wasn't that I didn't try to include myself in the conversation. For instance, I told him my major and where I was going to school and he went off on a tangent about his sisters major and yadda yadda yadda. After the interview they called me within an hour because they were having trouble accessing my application on they're online system. After I submitted another application I didn't hear back from them for about a week. They called me in and I met with someone in book keeping who preformed the drug test and had me fill out paperwork while he played Candy Crush on his phone..not even kidding. I received a call from them a week or so later and started a few days later.
