Typical interview, although quite chaotic, rescheduled couple times, and then I received the agreement to sign which was radicolous. They add so many different regulations, they even forbid to tell you who do you work for. Lastly they added big fines for everything. big red flag

Entrevista
First a recruiter interviewed me. Then I had a technical interview with questions revolving the relevant technologies and a task where I had to look at some code and find mistakes. Finally I had a meeting with the line manager where the low low salary of 85zt/hour before tax for a B2B senior software engineer position was disclosed.
I was also required to first work 9 months(!) as a middle software engineer to an even lower salary (77zt), in order to prove my seniority, but with the same responsibilities, and frankly I was shocked by this as I have worked on a senior level for 4+ years.
