There were 6-8 interviews. I met with various stakeholders in the daily operations of the Brooklyn campus to fully grasp the expectations of the position and learn the company culture.

After the initial recruiter interview, there were 4 more with team members in different farms, and lastly with the GM in person. Pretty relaxed interviews and conversational. I was told I'd hear back in a week at the final interview. The decision was pushed back for a couple of weeks, but then I heard nothing for another couple.
